The Sub-Fund will mainly invest, under normal conditions, directly or indirectly, in Italian small cap equities, (as further defined in the applicable laws and regulations on Piano Individuale di risparmio a lungo termine (PIR)), quoted on the Italian stock exchange Borsa Italiana S.p.A. The geographical investment universe of the Sub-Fund will be only Italy, in all sectors. Under exceptional circumstances and in the best interest of the shareholders, the Sub-Fund may invest up to 100% of its net assets in cash, liquid assets or money market instruments on a temporary basis.
