The Sub-Fund’s investment objective is long-term growth of capital obtained investing in shares of companies based or conducting the majority of their business activity in emerging markets. The Sub-Fund is actively managed without reference to any benchmark meaning that the Investment Manager has full discretion over the composition of the Sub-Fund. Therefore, the composition of the portfolio holdings is not constrained by the composition of the Index and the deviation of portfolio holdings from the Index may be significant.
