The Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital growth. The Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in a portfolio of equity securities of companies domiciled in, or exercising the predominant part of their activity in, or from, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and whose goods and services seek to address China’s social and environmental problems. The Fund invests in “impact” investments which are those made with the intention to generate positive, measurable social and/or environmental impact alongside a financial return.
