Our collaboration with Bruno and La Schoggi offers guests from around the world a genuine taste of Swiss culinary craftsmanship.What Makes La Schoggi Special?La Schoggi was born from a simple idea: to create the perfect dark chocolate.Its founder loved the depth of cacao but couldn’t find a chocolate that truly captured it – too bitter, too flat, never quite right. So he began making his own, from the bean to the finished bar, discovering that true flavor comes only with time, care, and curiosity.Every bar of La Schoggi is handcrafted in Switzerland from start to finish. The cacao comes directly from small family farms in Colombia and Madagascar and is fairly traded and sustainably grown. Each bean is inspected by hand, then gently roasted over time, and finally blended with natural sugars like coconut blossom, birch, and whole cane.No additives, no shortcuts. Just pure, honest ingredients.The result is a chocolate with 75% cacao that is rich in flavor yet remarkably smooth, balancing the natural bitterness of cacao with a subtle, fruity sweetness.
