MEDIA RELEASE Liestal, Switzerland, 5 September 2025: Curatis Holding AG (SIX: CURN, 'Curatis') announces a new distribution contract with Phoenix Labs (Ireland) for four products in Switzerland. Significant revenue growth with new products Curatis has signed a contract with Phoenix Labs (Ireland) to distribute four products in the areas of pain management and urology in Switzerland, starting from October 2025. These products generated revenues of approximately CHF 5 million in Switzerland in 2024. As the marketing authorisation holder, Curatis will be responsible for all regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance services on behalf of Phoenix Labs in Switzerland.
