Russia Moves to Establish State Insurance Firm for Arctic Oil Shipments
Russia is preparing to launch a state-backed insurance company to cover oil and commodity exports along the Northern Sea Route, as Western sanctions continue to isolate its shipping and reinsurance sectors.
